Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe will depend on your country of residence.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

If we detect an issue with your address, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Should you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@boullaire.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@boullaire.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Courier companies may require specific details to process your claim. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up.
Please note: Boullaire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these are not covered under our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If your package is not found, filing a police report may also be necessary.
