Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations as your order will already be in processing. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

To expedite the process, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
At Boullaire, we carefully package our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, with an intact product inside is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@boullaire.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your orders promptly but cannot guarantee against delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Boullaire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
